Hinshaw and RPC were instructed in Hong Kong on a D&O matter relating to an underlying US law exposure. Hinshaw provided the US law analysis within a very short space of time to enable RPC to include a full analysis of Hong Kong and US aspects of the claim within the first report to insurers.
UK/US Cyber breach
RPC and Hinshaw worked collectively on a significant cyber breach matter to produce comprehensive advice covering the UK and US angles.
The association allowed the client quick and cost effective advice covering both the US and UK.
